Through Tai Chi, Qigong, and mindful movement, you’ll cultivate resilience, release tension, and reconnect with the flow of life—bringing old-school wellness practices into focus amidst the challenges of modern daily living.
Together, we cultivate energy, vitality, and personal growth through mindful movement, focused practice, and presence. This is a space to disconnect from distractions, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded, energized, and centered. Participants consistently report feeling transformed after these classes. One first-time practitioner named Christine, recently shared, “Until your class, nothing I tried worked.” Many leave with a renewed sense of vitality and a deeper connection to their body, mind, and spirit.
Classes typically take place on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:30 AM and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The first portion of each class is dedicated to Emei Qigong, followed by a short break and then Yang 24-style Tai Chi. This is a mindful, meditative group practice and dopamine-fasting event—an opportunity to disconnect from distractions, reconnect with yourself, and tune in to your natural surroundings. You’ll leave feeling a greater sense of inner peace, joy and well-being.
